We are happy to offer our repeat clients online appointment scheduling through our software provider Vagaro. To schedule online you will need a username and password which we will provide after your first visit with us.After clicking on the “Book Now 24/7” link in the Schedule Appointment window, you will be directed to the “Grand Valley Muscular Therapy – Scheduling Window”.
You can then either log in with your username and password, or continue on to the scheduling process.
* if you continue on with scheduling process you will then be prompted to login with your username and password when you click the “Book” button.
* If you choose to log in first, look for the “log in” button at the top right of the Scheduling Window screen.
Scheduling process
1. Select” service” and “preferred date” then search. Vagaro will find appointments for that date or indicate the first available date.
2. Once you have chosen and booked an appointment date and time, that date and time will be placed in our schedule and forwarded to us as an appointment request, we will accept that request as soon as possible and you will receive an “appointment accepted” text and email.
Note: Once you are logged in to the scheduling site, click on 'My Account' then 'Appointments' to review, reschedule or cancel your appointments. You can also review past appointments
Confirming your appointment
48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment you will receive a confirmation text and email. The Vagaro confirmation text will show up on your text menu as “89885”. We ask that you click the link indicated on that text/email to confirm your appointment. This verifies to us that you will be keeping the appointment.
Important note
We charge for appointments not cancelled 12 hours in advance. If you feel your appointment is incorrect, or you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us 12 hours’ notice to avoid being charged. For your convenience you will receive a text reminder two hours prior to your appointment.Thank you, we look forward to working with you.
